HOW DO I UNBLOCK MY SACRAL CHAKRA?

COLOR

The sacral chakra is represented by the color orange. Try incorporating the color orange in your life as much as possible! Wear something orange, get an orange pedicure, or visualize the color orange while meditating. Visualize the color orange radiating from just below the naval.

FOOD

Add some orange to your diet! Try foods such as oranges, mango, carrots, orange peppers, sweet potatoes, and peaches. The sacral chakra’s element is water, so try double-dipping by adding a few slices of orange fruit to your daily H20.

SOUND & MUSIC
