This  was my first yoga class ever!  I’ve tried many of the poses at home by myself but you never know if you’re really practicing properly. I really enjoyed taking my class with Rachel, the pace was steady and I could easily watch as she transitioned from one pose to another.  Rachel described the name of each pose and gave suggestions on how to accommodate any special needs such as using blocks. After my sore muscles calm down I plan to take another class.  Thank you, Rachel.  🙂
